At Peppyro, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:
Unworn, unused, and in original condition
Tags still attached
In original packaging (where applicable)
Not listed as final sale or non-returnable
⚠️ Earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
⚠️ Gift cards are non-refundable.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
Email us at hello@peppyro.com
with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Ship the item(s) back to the address provided in our return email.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving it
Include your order number and a photo of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or alternative solution at no extra cost to you
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
First, check your bank account
Then contact your credit card company or bank
