2. Shipping Times & Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
⏱ Please allow extra time during peak seasons or due to customs delays for international orders.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Free UK Shipping on orders over £50
Free EU/International Shipping on orders over £100

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status online.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders:
