Shipping price can be seen before purchasing the order in your cart. It depends on the product that you ordered.

All orders can get free shipping if you spend more than £100 in the UK and over £150 for international orders.

We usually reply within minutes but it should never take more than 48 hours to get a response.

Processing time is between 2-5 business days as each item is made to order. You will receive a tracking number to your e-mail the second we ship it! 

We are mainly shipping from our London Store in United Kingdom. However, in some locations we have warehouses. This is why it depends on the country which you ordered.

If you have successfully placed an order with us, we will keep you notified at different stages of the journey of your order. An e-mail will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as we ship the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the “Track Order” section on our website. We’ll send another communication when your package is on its way to be delivered to your specified address.
